DIDIM has witnessed a number of sudden deaths over the last week.

Two people, aged in their 70s, drowned in the Aegean Sea after they got into difficulties while on hoiday in Altinkum.

A man, aged 28, from Soke, who had come with friends to Didim for fishing, opted to go back to their car for a sleep. When his friends arrived back, they found that he was unresponsive and despite calling the ambulances, he was declared on arrival to hospital.

It also emerged that a fourth person, a barber, was found dead at his summer house in Sokak 431 by friends who has been unable to contact him. Police are investigating the circumstances of the death.
