The English-speaking staff can help customers choose jewellery to suit all budgets and tastes, and can create special one-off jewellery designs as gifts for birthday, weddings and other occasions.

They often make jewellery ordered by e-mail from customers in the UK such as engagement and wedding rings. 

Sinan said the store, which also buys and sells jewellery at extremely competitive rates, also sells bracelets, pendants, earrings and chains as well as 22 carat gold jewellery for those that simply want their gold as an investment. 

Sinan said: “We have a large customer base from the Turkish and foreign communities because of the quality and honest of the service that we offer, the attention to detail and ensuring that the customers’ budgets, demands and tastes are always met.

“We have many repeat customers that have become good friends and often we have new customers through word-of-mouth recommendations. That underlines our aim to offer the best service.”
