FILM fans have been given a local boost with the opening a new multiplex cinema at Soke’s Novada Shopping Complex.

The Cinemarine complex which opened on Friday (Aug 29) pledges to host domestic and international films for all tastes.

The centre, the first for Soke, is the latest edition to the Novada project which has become a major draw for expats from the Didim area looking for extra variety and quality of shopping.

It will offer seven cinemas, with luxury leather seats, 3D features and the latest in blockbuster movies.

The opening gambit of the complex was the new Scarlett Johnsen and Morgan Freeman film Lucy, by Luc Besson.  Other films featured include Robert Gannaway’s Planes: Fire and Rescue; Azazil Node and the Scott Derrickson horror flick Deliver US from Evil.

The cinema offers all the latest mod cons with air conditioning, Dolby Digital sound, digital projection, and ease of access for the disabled.

Cinemarine was established in 1994 and now has 94 cinemas across Turkey.
