VOICES has heard rumours within Didim that the health insurance element of the application process for the residence permit in Turkey will be scrapped in October, this year.

The newspaper has, as yet, NO official proof, confirmation or facts to hand to suggest this will be the case.

We contacted the British Embassy and they confirmed they have no facts either to back up this rumour, but they will raise this matter with the Ministry and will update in due course.
