A TOTAL of 31 people have been hospitalized after falling sick in an apparent food poisoning incident.

Those that attended a private party in which chicken, rice and salad was served at an address in Efeler Mah  later fell ill with sickness.

A total of 31 people, including two children, were later admitted to Didim Hospital for suspected food poisoning symptoms

They were kept in for observation and later released.

Didim police are now investigating the incident.
