LAST Saturday saw the opening of a new Arts Market for crafters and home-food producers to come together and meet the public.

The market was located at Zebra Play Cafe, in Altinkum, and stalls included specially scented candles by Liz Polat, homemade cards and crafts, and produce.

Liz, who has set up Candles by Elizabeth, said: “We had a good turnout and we hope to continue having a dedicated arts market during the year.

“There was good feedback and we hope to encourage more crafters and arts-makers in the future.”
