THE resort is to get a new waster-based tourist attraction – a 2,000sqm aqua park.
The Didim Vizyon Group has been given permission to locate the water play area off the beach located below the Luna Park, locally known as Kamaci Beach due to the fact that Kamaci Restaurant used to be located there.
Voices understands that the park will have a capacity for 300 people.
There will also be a small café and ticket office, and the aqua park will be staffed.
An opening date and ticket prices will be announced shortly, so keep your eyes peeled on the Didim Voices Facebook page for more in the coming days.
Readers have welcomed the new attraction on Facebook, with one saying: “If it’s a family attraction, then I am all for it. Will be a great new addition for Didim.”
