LAND for three hotels have been allocated by the Turkish government for the Didim region in a recent announcement.
The government has allocated ‘land for tourism’ for three hotels: 2 in the Kocaharip district, which is located out towards Imbat, Didim, and one for the area of Kizilyer, thought to be located between Akbuk and Bozbuk.
Foreign and domestic investors have been invited to apply for the opportunity.
Applications should be filed between February 18 and March 31, 2016. Applications will be ratified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Published by the Official Gazette, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism released land opportunities in several cities, with hotel/tourist resort proposals floated for land in Izmir’s Cesme; Didim and Kusadasi in Aydin, and in Datca, Muğla.
Recently, it was announced that around 1,300 hotels had been put up for sale on the Aegean and Mediterranean coastlines as tourism takes a massive hit following recent events.
