DIDIM Council workers continue to upgrade the resort on a number of fronts.

The works centring on Selçuk Özsoy Caddesi and Yunus Caddesi include blockpaving, landscaping, lighting, quiet areas, and parking.

Mayor Deniz Atabay said: “Work continues at full speed and the residents in these areas have expressed satiusfaction that things are moving in the right direction.”

He said that one of the main problems the council was seeking to solve was the summer parking problems experienced in and around that part of the resort.

“We hope to initiate parking solutions and to complete this work as soon as possible. It will make it more beautiful and useful,” he added.
