Tender set for synthetic pitch
AFTER the destruction of the synthetic field next to the Didim Atatürk Stadium, a new tender has been prepared for its improvement.
The pitch has become unplayable causing much disruption to around 20 teams, including several amateur groups, master teams, and Didim Belediyespor.

It is hoped that on completion of the contract, the work will be completed within 60 days.
Sports lovers have spoken to local media saying they are pleased that a more modern synthetic field will be installed, but are concerned that local teams are due to begin league action very soon.
