Two separate aid campaigns were launched for the fitting of a prosthetic arm for Umut Soner Kara, who lost an arm in a traffic accident 6 months ago in Aydın, and for the treatment costs of Irmak Ateş, a SMA patient. 

Irmak and Soner came together and asked for the support of benefactors.

In the accident that occurred 6 months ago in the Söğütçük district of Çine district, Soner was a passenger on a motorbike that took a corner and hit a barrier. As a result, he lost his arm.

An aid campaign has been launched by the family of Soner for the treatment of a prosthetic arm.

Ceyda Kuzey, who met with Aydın Governorship officials for her son Umut Soner’s campaign, did not refuse her request to lead the aid campaign that has been going on for 2 years for the treatment of 4-year-old Irmak Ateş, a patient with SMA Type-1. 

Organizer Ceyda Kuzey, who previously supported other aid campaigns, will run the campaigns together to give hope to both her son and little Irmak. 

The little girl cannot be treated because not enough money has been collected.

Umut Soner and Irmak came together for Ceyda Kuzey’s charity campaigns with the slogan “Take care of the children of the enlightened”. Soner said called out to potential benefactors, saying: “Hear our voices, be our hope.”
