LOCAL reports have suggested that a new era is to begin for those who will buy a house, land or automobile.

Affecting Didim and the rest of Turkey, as of July 1, 2023, these transactions can be made through a notary public.

With the arrival of the summer season, transactions will be made from notary publics for real estate or vehicle sales. 

With the real estate sales, such as shops, land, houses, and cars being made at the notary public, the transactions will accelerate even more. And in this way, it is predicted that the title deed traffic in Didim in the summer season will decrease.

It has been reported that the system, which will start on July 1, will be a measure that can be easily prevented in cases such as fraud. 

On the subject, a temporary document will be given, which will replace the title deed to be given by the land registry office, and by registering with this document, citizens will be able to obtain their title deeds. 

With the notary public going to the appointment system, the parties will be able to meet at the notary on the day of the appointment and make the transfer process.
