Altınkum Writers’ Festival, which was held for the 19th time this year in Didim, has come to an end.

Authors met with their readers and signed their books for 15 days at the festival, which was organized with the support of Didim Municipality.

The festival, which takes place every year between August 1-15, saw contributions from acclaimed authors such as Journalist-Writer Uğur Dündar, Barış Terkoğlu, İlyas Salman, Canan Karatay, as well as local and regional writers.

Authors both signed their books at the event on Altınkum Yalı Caddesi and held meaningful conversations with their fans.

Didim Mayor A. Deniz Atabay stated that the festival, which became synonymous with the district and became a tradition, was completed well this year: “We were together with our valuable writers at the traditional Altınkum Writers Festival. Thank you for your interest in our festival.”
