The festival, which has been organized by the Didim Folk Fest Group for 14 years, saw dance teams from ten countries taking part.

Voices was given a plaque for its contribution to the festival. Deniz Bayrak, the reporter of our newspaper, received the plaque on our behalf.

The festival started last Tuesday with local dance performances by teams from Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Georgia. Thousands of Didimli who watched the festival had pleasant moments.

Speakers at the festival emphasized world peace and “No to War” banners were unfurled. The festival continued with dance performances in Akbuk Port.
