The Turkish Sailing Federation surfing championship was held in Alaçatı between August 10-14.

In the final leg of the event, which was held over three legs, Didim Sailing Club athlete Marina Vereschagin became the Turkish champion by coming first in the women’s category.

In the men’s category, Dimitri Vereschagin came third in Turkey.

Meanwhile, Aleksandre Vereschagin came tenth in the U-17 men’s category.
