Kuşadası’s Aslı Keçelioğlu finished in the top ten of the Intercontinental Swimming Race, which was held on the Bosphorus in Istanbul.
This prestigious race, organized by the Turkish National Olympic Committee (TMOK), started from the Kanlıca Ferry Pier and ended at Kuruçeşme Cemil Topuzlu Park.
The event saw the highest number of participants in history this year, bringing together more than 2,800 swimmers from 77 countries.
In this race held amidst the unique landscape of Istanbul and the challenging currents of the Bosphorus, the participants combined the two continents by swimming from Asia to Europe.
Aslı (39) said: “Achieving this success once again was a great source of pride for me.”
