At Oxford University’s Said Business School, Kaya presented her work titled ‘Use of the Geranium Flower, which decorates Aegean and Mediterranean Gardens, in Anatolian Folk Cuisine’.

Our teacher’s presentation, which brought an Aegean-Mediterranean atmosphere to the Oxford University conference, was followed with interest by the participants.

Oktay Doğanlı, Director of Didim Public Education Center, emphasized the importance of such trainings and said: “The conference encouraged international academic cooperation while also providing participants with the opportunity to share the latest developments and innovations in their fields.

“As an educator, a teacher who needs to be at the forefront of society should participate in national or international events related to his/her field at least 1-2 times a year, be able to make presentations in a foreign language, be able to understand the presentations and translate them into their own language, and share their experiences with their students. I congratulate our teacher once again and continued success.”
