Didim Municipality took action for the superstructure of the 75th Year Industrial Site, the largest industrial site in the district.

Road construction work has begun in the industrial site by the Technical Works Directorate teams.

Following Didim Mayor Hatice Gençay’s visit to the 75th Year Industrial Site in recent months, the municipality has taken the first step regarding the road problem voiced by the industrial site tradesmen.

Public Works teams have started work with construction equipment to rebuild the superstructure of the streets in the 75th Year Industrial Site and to rearrange the damaged streets. Within the scope of the work, 5400 m² of interlocking paving stones and 750 meters of curb will be laid, thus providing new streets for the industry.

Didim Mayor Hatice Gençay said: “We listen to the demands of our tradesmen; we are renewing the roads of our city. We are working meticulously to make the streets of Didim worthy of our fellow citizens.”
