Plogging in Didim members are back in action after a well-earned summer break. Member Geoffrey Beedell said this week’s plog was at Sarıkum Plajı.

The plog was attended by 16 people. It was a cool start but by the end most of us were gently perspiring!

The beach was surprisingly clean but on the headland around to Teachers Beach it was a completely different story and it was business as usual.

A total of 17 bags of debris was collected as well as the one obligatory tyre.
