Realty World, the popular real estate agent in Didim and sister company to Voices Newspaper, is priming for a new season of property sales and buys after new figures revealed the number of house sales across Aydin in 2024.
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) revealed there was a total of 28,743 houses found for new owners across Aydin province last year.
The most sales occurred in Kuşadası district with 8,888 sales, with Didim in third place registering 5,320 sales. Second place was claimed by Aydin’s Efeler district with 6,100 sales.

The gender distribution in housing sales in 2024 also draws attention, with 14,384 houses preferred by male buyers and 10,931 by female buyers. Joint purchases were recorded as 707.
A total of 2,721 houses were sold to legal entities or foreign investors.
