Didim Plogging Group was a participant in Didim Belediye’s recently sponsored clean-up of various parts of the coastline to coincide with “Let’s Do It Turkey” Global Environmental Cleaning Movement.

The group collected garbage and waste found on our beaches in aid of a clean environment and a clean world.

Other groups to take part included Lions International, AKÇED, Saplı Ada Union Association Head, Akbük Volunteers Platform, Akbuk Love Group Members, Huzur Sahil Site Residents and other volunteers.

Within the scope of the cleaning movement, cleaning work was carried out simultaneously at Altınkum beach, in front of Yeşilkent Venosa Hotel, in front of Akbük Ulaş Cafe, Saplı Ada, Sağtur and Mavişehir Huzur Aile Sitesi beaches.
