According to Tourismdatabank’s research, approximately 40,000 rooms will be put into operation in 220 new 4 and 5-star hotel projects opened in the 2024-2025 period in Turkey. The investment is worth 61 billion TL.

According to the research of Tourism Databank, which is active under the umbrella of the Tourism Ministry, as of November 11, 2023, said thousands of rooms will be put into operation.

Its updated Hotel Investments Research suggests a total of 60.6 billion TL will be spent on hotel investments. Istanbul ranked first in new projects with 48 projects, followed by Antalya with 40 and Muğla with 29 projects.
