BRITISH Airways has announced it is to start five new routes from Gatwick next summer as part of its biggest-ever summer schedule.
The carrier is flying to Cagliari in Sardinia, Crete and Rhodes in Greece and Bodrum and Dalaman in Turkey from the end of April.
More than half a million seats will be available throughout the summer 2015 season, which will include services to Cagliari three times a week, Crete four times a week, Rhodes twice a week, Bodrum twice a week and Dalaman four times a week.
BA’s Gatwick commercial head, Colm Lacy, said: “This is the biggest launch of new routes at Gatwick we’ve had for several years and is brilliant news for families and holidaymakers wanting to get away from it all.”
