Aydin’s Begüm Tosun Akın, 34, designs different products with her unique art under the brand she created. Her products, which received great acclaim for her excellent and different designs, are in high demand.

Graduating from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Fine Arts Institute, 34-year-old Akın went on to create her own brand after teaching at Fine Arts High School, Fine Arts Faculty, Science and Art Centers.

Opening her workshop in ESKO İş Hanı in Aydın’s Efeler district, Akın made a difference with her unique designs.

Akın, who has had a great interest in art since his childhood, is highly appreciated for the various products he has designed in the fields of glass, ceramics, sculpture, painting, graphics and printing.

Akın, who established her brand with a grant from KOSGEB, said: “I am an art lover. I started art with painting in my childhood. I added sculpture, graphics and printing trainings to painting at the Fine Arts High School.

“I preferred the Glass Department at the Fine Arts Faculty. I developed myself in the fields of glass, ceramics and sculpture. I completed my master’s degree on glass. Working on many different materials and learning the techniques created my current work portfolio.

“We currently offer our products for sale on our own website, Trendyol and Çiçeksepeti. Our joint work with many landscaping companies continues. We also offer our products and receive orders at our workplace.

“We prepare products in line with the demands of our customers. In corporate works, sculptures, landscape designs, corporate identity-creating t-shirts, uniform designs and logo designs attract attention.”
