Voices Newspaper’s sister company Realty World has been one of the biggest selling companies in Didim in the first three months of 2025. Realty World sold the properties of 23 customers, 12 of whom were British.

Colin and Jeanette, who sold their apartment through Realty World-Choices Real Estate Agency, said: “After holidaying in Turkey for a few years and then living there for 10 years, we felt we needed to get closer to home and try pastures new and decided to sell our lovely apartment.

No problems, no hassle

“But which estate agent should we use? So many to choose from so we decided to use Realty World as our previous neighbour had used them and I became a key holder for his apartment.
