GENDARME teams have arrested four people on suspicion of burglary at a home in the Yasmin Gardens area of Akbuk.

The Gendarmerie were informed of people acting suspiciously in the area and it is understood a woman caught one of the suspects in the house.

Officers arrived and apprehended one person and detained another three on suspicion of the break-in. One was sent to court for questioning, while the others were released pending inquries.

The Gendarmes were also called to another burglary in Sokak 1908 in Akbuk and after taking copies of finger prints from the scene were able to identify a suspect who was detained for questioning.
